Our terms and conditions for refunds
1. Introduction
At TEKINTA Digital Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without a valid reason.
- If the delivered services do not meet the specifications outlined in the service agreement.
- If we are unable to complete the project due to circumstances within our control.
- If the client cancels the service before work has commenced, subject to the cancellation policy.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered as per the agreement.
- Custom software development or web design projects that have been completed according to client specifications.
- Consultation services that have been provided.
- Training sessions that have been conducted.
- System repair or maintenance services that have been successfully completed.
- Services cancelled after work has commenced, subject to the cancellation policy.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, the client must:
- Submit a written refund request to tekintaglobalconcept@gmail.com within 7 days of service completion or cancellation.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Include any relevant documentation or evidence to support the claim.
- Provide the original invoice or proof of payment.
Once we receive a refund request, we will review it within 5 business days and notify you of our decision. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to determine an alternative refund method.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund. This may occur when:
- Only a portion of the service was not delivered as agreed.
- The client requests cancellation after work has commenced.
- The service was partially completed but not to the client's satisfaction.
The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the work completed and the circumstances of the case.
7. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a service, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled service start: Full refund.
- Cancellation 24-48 hours before the scheduled service start: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service start: No refund.
- For ongoing projects, cancellation terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may request a review by sending an email to tekintaglobalconcept@gmail.com. We will review your case and provide a final decision within 10 business days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
